Big maxillary atrophy treated with a simultaneus Box Technique and we placed five implants. After six months , we founded a nice alveolar ridge at the pre maxilla area. The new bone formation allowed to instal the sixth implant. At this moment the case is showing the six upper implants connected with a nice tissue healing . We are working in the final fixed prosthesis .

Box Technique in the upper maxilla. Severe bone lost vertical and horizontal. We create a biological box with PDLLA mesh. We filled with Puros Tutoplast by Zimmer. On top of this the new Pericardium membrane by Zimmer CopiOs

AT THE CT SCAN A RETAINED CENTRAL INCISOR APPEAR VERY NEAR FROM THE NASAL FOSSA. THE INCISOR IS EXTRACTED AND THE REMAINING ALVEOLAR RIDGE IS REBUILD WITH A BOX-TECHNIQUE™. WE USED CORTICAL PUROS AS A BIOMATERIAL. ON TOP OF THIS A PERICARDIUM MEMBRANE WAS PLACED.

Tratamiento del maxilar anterior donde fracasó previamente un implante. Al momento del examen clínico se observa fístula en la zona del incisivo lateral izquierdo. Se explanta y se reconstruye con una BoxTechnique.Se utiliza Puros Cortical como biomaterial, Biomend como mebrana y Colla Tape. Implantes BioHorizons.
